“The Irresistible Urge to Fall for Your Enemy

💘Before I start, I think it's good to note that I've only read fanfiction once (it was about Harry Potter, but I don't remember the title) and I didn't finish it either. So I'm probably not very knowledgeable about the subject and I didn't have specific requirements for this book. I haven't read almost any romance either.🫣

💘But in essence - I actually really liked the book. The author has an incredible sense of humor and I've noted all sorts of funny nonsense in many places on the pages. Even reading the world map at the beginning, I was in a positive mood. Regarding the world, I really like that it is at least to some extent a distorted and embellished reflection of Great Britain. I wouldn't say that its system is developed particularly deeply in the book. This didn't spoil my reading experience, but I understand why it could be a problem.

💘It's no surprise, I suppose, that the focus of the plot is the dynamic between Orien and Ozric (poor Ozric🥲😂). It's somehow much more natural and realistic than anything I've seen before, even though it's set in a fantasy world. Interwoven with a sense of humor and lots of funny biological and physiological comparisons and references to various symptoms, diseases, etc.😆, it makes reading enjoyable and very entertaining. I'm definitely thinking about reading the second book.🩷
